Ewa is great. I love how intimate the classes are and how attentive she is.

Jessica’s instruction requires intense presence of mind, coordination, and unexpected micro movements that make big differences — in the state of body and mind.

I’m visiting from Virginia and now wish I lived in Cabbagetown so I can come back anytime! My family and I are in town visiting my brother and my mom and I had some spare time to take a class here. It was absolutely delightful! It was such a personalized and intimate environment! The teacher was great at teaching the different levels in the class and we left feeling desressed and energized! I will be back next time I’m in Atlanta!

I love this yoga studio. I leave every class blissed out. The owner Jessica Von Schlichten is a very knowledgeable and extremely generous teacher.
